Profiles

The customer and traveller profiles can be maintained directly from within the solution.
The traveller and customer profiles are directly integrated to either Amadeus or Galileo profiles. The solution can be setup directly from existing profiles in the GDS or via file import, which makes the transition from offline to online virtually seamless.

Customer Profiles

The customer profiles is where all data related to the customer is setup. All data entered through the solution are directly saved in either Amadeus or Galileo.

Traveller Profiles

The traveller profiles is where all data related to the individual travellers is setup. All data entered through the solution are directly saved in either Amadeus or Galileo.

Profile Hierarchy

The hierarchy is showing the company or companies which you have permission to see. Companies can furthermore be grouped in folders to accurately reflect the logical structure and/or ease the setup in connection with travel arrangers and their rights to subsequent companies in these folders.

Enheritance

The system has enheritance on all levels in the hierarchy which makes it easy to create general rules and information and make exceptions or additions to these on subsequent levels. The levels are defined by the agency but can eg. be:

  • Folder level holding several PCC's
  • Each individual PCC
  • Folder structures holding several customers
  • Each individual customer

The data which can be setup on these levels are e.g.:

  • Core and Add-on Functionality en- and disabling
  • Queues
  • Customer/Traveller Information in all parts of the solution
  • Agency / Customer branding (Logos, Support Phone, Email etc.)
  • Customer Reference Fields (Project number, Cost Center etc.)
  • Policy
  • Etc.
